Gas generator sets are new types of power generation equipment developed to meet the world's environmental protection requirements and the new market environment. It has the advantages of a wide output power range, reliable start-up and operation, good power generation quality, light weight, small size, simple maintenance and low low-frequency noise.
1. The cooling water for the unit must be softened water.
2. The computer room should be spacious, bright and equipped with exhaust fans to ensure good ventilation.
3. When installing, the chassis and the foundation should be leveled with flat shims. The contact area should be over 60% and evenly distributed.
4. The computer room should be kept away from open flame areas.
5. The gas must be desulfurized, dehydrated and dusted, with a flow rate of no more than 0.25Nm3 and hydrogen no more than 10%.
6. Indoor installation of lighting, switches, circuits and electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed.
7. The computer room should meet fire protection requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment.
8. Combustible gas alarm devices are installed in the computer room, enabling timely detection of combustible gas leakage.
9. For a single gas engine with a power of 60kw or less, the inner diameter of the main external gas pipeline should be no less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part close to the engine should be no less than 1 inch! For those with a power of over 60kw, they are respectively 3 inches and 2 inches. Moreover, gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti-backfire devices must be installed. After the gas pipeline welding is completed, the welding slag should be cleaned up (using high-pressure air).
During the usage process, strictly follow the above operating procedures to ensure the normal operation of the gas generator set.
